Eccentric Leg Curls – Starting in a supine position with your legs straight, you want to raise your hips while digging heels into the slides with your toes pointed up. To begin the movement you want to pull your heels toward your butt by bending your knees simultaneously and engaging your abs. Remember to fire your gluten, slowly straighten your legs and repeat for 3 sets of 10 reps.
